Black Friday came and went and now it’s Cyber Monday. I’ve heard several news reports saying that because people are planning to cut back on their holiday spending this year more merchants are going to be offering great deals today. Things like free shipping...I always like that. And buy one, get one free. I’m going to be surfing the Internet to see what I can find. I do have some coupons I pulled out of magazines, one for Coldwater Creek, one for Chico’s. I already checked out Coldwater Creek and found they have an online outlet. I did see some jackets, blouses and jewelry that look like potential gifts.
I also receive newsletters via e-mail from a few companies like Borders and ELF; both have sent discount codes for shopping on their Web sites.
Speaking of ELF I saw they now sell mineral make up which seems to be the hot trend right these days. I’m in the market for some new foundation and blusher and I think I’ll give their line a try. They also sell body lotions and hand creams that look like perfect stocking stuffers.
And if you like free stuff, well almost free, check out the deal at Annie’s Homegrown, makers of my favorite cheddar bunnies. If you buy two Annie’s products and send $1.95 with the UPC labels you get a copy of Kimberly Lord Stewart’s Eating Between the Lines. Very interesting book and a good read if you want to know everything about food labels and what to look for when you go grocery shopping. I couldn’t see any information about it on their Web site, which by the way is www.annies.com but check at your local supermarket. Mine had a display with the macaroni cheese packages and a coupon on where to send for your free book.
Happy Cyber Shopping!
